Which star poster to choose?

Stars can appear as points of light, five-pointed shapes, or constellations connected by lines. A poster of a starry sky opens up a dark depth, while a pastel drawing favors a soft register. A minimalist composition works on the spacing of the patterns and the contrast with the background. Look at the density of the image as much as its dominant color.

Where to install a star poster?

A desk lends itself to a composition of constellations. Tip: a dark image benefits from remaining on a clear wall; too many neighboring frames can attenuate the depth of the sky.

Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?

All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.

  • With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
  • Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
