Choosing your 50x70 poster

Why 50x70?

It is the size that holds a wall without crowding it: large enough to read from across the room, quiet enough not to overwhelm a sofa or a chest of drawers.

  • Above a two-seater sofa, alone and centred.
  • In a pair, 5 to 8 cm apart, above a bed.
  • In a horizontal trio along a wide hallway.

Frame and hanging

A standard 50x70 frame is easy to find, with or without a mount. With a mount, use a 70x100 frame and a 50x70 opening.
