Posters Cassis

The port of Cassis, Cap Canaille and the calanques offer immediately evocative lines and colours. A Cassis poster extends Mediterranean light into your interior. Choose harbour facades, cliffs or clear water to create wall decor connected to this Provençal landscape.

This collection has just opened. We are adding our first posters.

Choosing a Cassis poster, from the port to the calanques

Which view of Cassis should you choose?

Cassis brings several landscapes together within a compact area: a lively port, waterfront facades and hills framing the sea. A poster can favour village life or the strength of the cliffs. The chosen viewpoint determines the mood as much as the colour palette.

  • Cassis port poster: boats, quays and facades to recapture the waterfront atmosphere.
  • Cap Canaille poster: a mass of rock and a sea horizon that give the wall presence.
  • Cassis calanques print: clear water, pines and rock for a more natural composition.
  • Vintage Cassis poster: a graphic interpretation inspired by old travel posters.

The filters help refine the style and orientation you want.

Where should you hang a Cassis landscape?

In a living room, a sea view visually opens the wall above a sofa or sideboard. An entrance can welcome a livelier harbour scene that is easy to recognise while passing. Stone, blue and vegetation tones work well with pale wood and unbleached textiles.

Tip: choose a secondary colour in the image, rather than the dominant blue, to create a discreet echo in the room.

A Provençal port or the nature of the calanques?

The port tells the story of an inhabited place through its boats and facades. A calanque puts greater emphasis on water, terrain and vegetation. For a personal memory, look for the viewpoint that recalls your stay. For a more general Mediterranean atmosphere, focus on the balance between sea and rock and the light depicted in the composition.

Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?

All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.

  • With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
  • Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
