Posters Colombia
Colombia as seen by our artists: the colourful balconies of Cartagena, the coffee-clad hills of the Coffee Region, the palm trees of the Cocora Valley and the rooftops of Guatapé. Each poster is a personal reading of travel, hand-printed on 270 gsm semi-matte photo paper in our workshop in Fayence.

Choosing your Colombia poster
Which Colombia poster should you choose?
The country lends itself to several registers, carried by recognisable places and a palette:
- Cartagena de Indias poster: colourful facades, cobbled streets, ramparts over the Caribbean Sea.
- Bogotá poster: La Candelaria neighbourhood, street art, rooftops against a backdrop of mountains.
- Colombian Coffee Region poster: planted hills, wax palms of the Cocora Valley.
- Colombia map poster: the country's outline, cities and stylised relief.
- Toucan and parrot: tropical wildlife, bold green and yellow.
- Vintage Colombia poster: travel typography, flat colours, retro poster spirit.
The filters on the left narrow things down by dominant colour, by city and by style.
Where should you hang a Colombia poster?
- Living room: a large format on the main wall, alone or as a diptych.
- Bedroom: a palette of green and terracotta, for a restful interior.
- Kitchen: a coffee motif or a tropical still life, near the table.
- Office: a map of Colombia, plain and legible from a distance.
- Entrance: a colourful view of Cartagena, to set the tone right from the threshold.
Colombia poster: photograph or vector illustration?
- Photography captures the light and details of a specific place, facades or mountains.
- Vector illustration simplifies into flat colours, in the spirit of a travel poster.
- On a wall already busy with textures, illustration stays more legible from a distance.
- On a neutral wall, a large-format photograph carries more of the country's atmosphere.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, not on canvas or metal.
- With frame: black, white, oak or walnut, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
