Posters peony

The layered petals of a peony bring volume and softness to a picture. Our posters explore single flowers, bouquets and the nuances of their blooms in personal compositions, printed to order on 270 gsm semi-matte photo paper in Fayence.

This collection has just opened. We are adding our first posters.

Choosing your peony poster

Which peony poster should you choose?

A peony poster stands out through its abundance of petals. Framing can emphasise this volume or give more space to stems, leaves and a vase.

  • Close-up peony wall art: layers of petals become a landscape of curves and subtle shades.
  • Peony bouquet poster: several flowers form a still life with a freer, more generous rhythm.
  • Botanical peony print: stem and leaves accompany the bloom in a more descriptive drawing.
  • Abstract peony poster: masses of colour and simplified outlines retain the idea of the flower without detailing every petal.

The filters on the left let you choose style, dominant colour and mood.

Where should you hang a peony poster?

In a bedroom, soft pinks and nuanced whites complement a light palette. A more contrasting bouquet can become the living room’s central subject. For an entrance, a single flower remains clear even on a small wall. In a study, a botanical drawing brings a plant presence without adding more objects to shelves.

Tip: echo a secondary shade from the bouquet in linen or ceramics rather than looking for exactly the same pink everywhere.

A single flower or a generous bouquet?

A single peony invites you to observe the details and shadows of its petals. A bouquet tells more about the movement of stems and the relationship between flowers. For a pair, combine a close view with a more open composition. A pale background brings lightness; a dark one strengthens the bloom’s presence. Choose this balance according to your room’s light and the space available around the frame.

Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?

All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.

  • With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
  • Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
