Scandinavian style as seen by our artists: light, pared back, without noise, soft flat colours, blond wood and plenty of white around. Each poster is a personal reading of that Nordic calm, hand-printed on 220 gsm art paper with a satin anti-glare finish in our studio in Grasse.

Choosing the right poster

Scandinavian style rests on three things: few colours, plenty of white, and simple shapes. This section brings together compositions that follow this rule, from Nordic landscapes to geometric abstractions and typography.

It's the style that needs the most white space around it. A Scandinavian poster on a busy wall loses everything; on a bare wall, with a light oak frame and a wide mat, it comes into its own.

The white of the paper is part of the composition, since you see it. Ours is slightly warm, which avoids the cold look of overly bluish papers.
