Frequently asked questions
Can I fix a detail after ordering?
Yes. You get a proof before printing, on all three panel types: that is the moment to correct a name, a date, an accent. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Does the panel survive outdoors?
Yes. Plexiglass is unfazed by damp or a day of sun: it gets through the garden reception without warping.
How does it stand?
On an easel, or hung from an arch with the optional top perforation. The easel is not included.
Which size should I choose?
At the entrance to a room, 70 × 100 reads from a distance. For a seating chart with more than eight tables, take 80 × 120 or 100 × 140: guests should read their name from a metre away.
Will my sign arrive before the date?
Yes, if you order at least 10 days ahead. Here is the sequence: we send you a proof to approve within 24 working hours; once you approve it, the sign goes into production and leaves the workshop within 48 hours; delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days. The only delay we do not control is your approval: until the proof is approved, production does not start. Every order carrying an event date is tracked on our side, and we chase you if the proof is left waiting.
