New York - The path along the river

A pale path winds from the bottom of the frame up to the bank, running past two trees with round crowns set on a slope. The river spreads out as a deep mass streaked with a few light reflections. On the right, the suspension bridge stretches its cables from a double-arched pylon; on the left and at the centre, the line of towers rises in clean rectangles, the Empire State spire leading. A solid disc holds the upper right, and the city's name is set in spaced capitals. Three colours only, with wide margins around.
