The Bather and the Giant Teapot

An oversized turquoise teapot sits on a mustard yellow table, filled with dark tea from which thick clouds of steam billow in broad white brushstrokes against a deep blue background. A tiny figure in a floral swimsuit, hair pinned up, perches in balance on the spout, legs dangling. A pink cloth drapes over the handle, while loose tea leaves and lemon wedges scatter across the table.
