SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This policy describes the conditions for the preparation and shipping of orders placed on affichely.com.
1. Delivery area
Orders are currently delivered within mainland France, subject to the areas served by the carriers offered when the order is placed.
Any delivery restriction or unavailability is indicated to the customer before the final confirmation of the order.
2. Carriers
Orders may be shipped by:
- Chronopost;
- Colissimo.
The available carrier may vary depending on the destination, the parcel dimensions, the service selected and logistical constraints.
3. Preparation and shipping time
As the posters are made to order, manufacturing begins after:
- payment confirmation;
- receipt of all the necessary information;
- receipt of sufficiently usable files;
- where applicable, approval of a preview or proof.
Orders are generally manufactured and shipped within an indicative period of 48 working hours after full confirmation of the order.
This period is given for guidance only. It may be extended in particular in the event of:
- high activity;
- a large order;
- an incomplete or unusable file;
- a modification request;
- a technical problem;
- a public holiday or exceptional closure.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the 48-hour period does not constitute a guarantee of delivery to the customer's home within that same period.
4. Transit time
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time depends on the service chosen and the destination.
The times communicated by Chronopost and Colissimo are indicative and may be affected by events beyond the control of SAS ARTEMIS.
The total time therefore comprises:
- the design and manufacturing time;
- the parcel preparation time;
- the carrier's transit time.
The applicable delivery date or period is indicated to the customer when placing the order or in their order confirmation.
5. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are indicated before the confirmation and payment of the order.
They are calculated on the basis of, in particular:
- the carrier;
- the service chosen;
- the delivery address;
- the weight and dimensions of the parcel;
- the order amount.
6. Delivery address
The customer must check that their delivery address is accurate and complete before confirming their order.
They must in particular provide:
- their surname and first name;
- the street number and name;
- the postcode and town;
- any useful additional information;
- a valid telephone number and e-mail address.
SAS ARTEMIS may not be held liable for any delay or failure of delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address.
The costs incurred by a new shipment following an address error attributable to the customer may be charged to them.
7. Order tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking link or number is provided to the customer after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Tracking may take a few hours before being updated by the carrier.
8. Delivery delay
In the event of a delay, the customer is invited to check the parcel tracking and then to contact SAS ARTEMIS at contact@affichely.com.
SAS ARTEMIS may open a claim with the carrier and inform the customer of its progress.
These provisions do not limit the rights to which the consumer is entitled if the delivery period provided for by the French Consumer Code is exceeded.
9. Parcel marked as delivered but not received
Where a parcel appears as delivered but has not been found, the customer must:
- check with the members of their household;
- check any possible drop-off locations;
- ask their neighbours or their caretaker;
- contact SAS ARTEMIS promptly.
An investigation may be opened with the carrier. A new manufacturing run or a refund cannot be automatically granted before the available evidence and the outcome of the investigation have been examined, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
10. Damaged parcel
The customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
Where the parcel is manifestly damaged, the customer must, if possible:
- refuse the delivery; or
- record precise reservations on the carrier's proof of delivery.
The customer must then promptly contact SAS ARTEMIS with photographs of the parcel, the label and the product.
11. Return to sender
Where a parcel is returned to SAS ARTEMIS because of:
- an incorrect or incomplete address;
- a failure to collect within the applicable time;
- an unjustified refusal of the parcel;
- an impossibility of delivery attributable to the recipient,
the costs of a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
