Posters Capri

Cliffs, shores and light houses give Capri an island landscape with luminous lines. A Capri poster keeps the memory of an Italian stopover or a view facing the sea. Choose a travel poster that brings together relief, architecture and the horizon in an open and colorful wall decoration.

This collection has just opened. We are adding our first posters.

Capri poster: the horizons of an Italian island

Which Capri poster to choose?

Capri can be represented by a village scene or by a coastal view dominated by rocks and the sea. The silhouettes of the Faraglioni provide a graphic reference, while a terrace or a staircase tells the story of a more intimate walk. A stylized illustration can simplify reliefs with few colors. The framing above all determines the space left to the horizon around the island.

  • Faraglioni poster of Capri: rocks and sea form a clear composition, with a clearly recognizable silhouette of the coast.
  • Capri village poster: houses and street views give a travel memory on a closer scale.
  • Vintage Capri poster: bright flat areas and stylized landscape take up the graphic language of Italian tourist posters.
  • Illustration terrace in Capri: architecture and view of the water create a more intimate and calmer image.

Palette filters allow you to adjust the blues of the sea and the light tones of the houses.

Where to hang a landscape of Capri?

In a bright living room, a coastal view brings a horizon line near a low piece of furniture. A kitchen can host a colorful village scene. For a bedroom, choose a frame with more sky or water. Tip: A discreet frame lets small variations in stone and light remain visible in detailed architecture.

The relief or the village walk?

The rocks give a strong and immediately maritime image. The streets and terraces rather evoke moments of a stay. Choose the scale linked to your memory, without asking a poster to summarize the entire island. For a duo, bring these two looks together with similar margins and a compatible palette. The posters then keep distinct scenes and a common light.

Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?

All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.

  • With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
  • Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
