Posters Chile
Chile as seen by our artists: the perched houses of Valparaíso, the Atacama Desert, the granite towers of Patagonia and the statues of Easter Island. Each poster is a personal reading of travel, hand-printed on 270 gsm semi-matte photo paper in our workshop in Fayence.

Choosing your Chile poster
Which Chile poster should you choose?
Chile stretches across a long, contrasting territory, and its themes follow this diversity:
- Torres del Paine and Patagonia poster: glaciers, granite towers, turquoise lakes.
- Atacama desert poster: salt flats, geysers, starry sky and an ochre palette.
- Valparaíso poster: colourful façades, staircases and street art on the hills.
- Easter Island poster: moai and an ocean horizon, a rarer and sought-after theme.
- Chilean vineyards poster: rows of vines, valleys, evening light.
- Andean wildlife poster: flamingos, condor, llamas at altitude.
The filters on the left narrow things down by dominant colour, by region and by mood.
Where should you hang a Chile poster?
- Living room: a large size of the Torres del Paine or the Atacama, above the sofa.
- Bedroom: a vineyard or Andean wildlife scene, in soft tones.
- Office: a view of Valparaíso, for a wall that breaks from the usual white.
- Entrance: an Easter Island poster or a desert view, to welcome the hallway.
- Kitchen: a wine-themed piece, echoing everyday Chilean wines.
Chile poster: map or landscape?
A map of Chile plays on the shape of the country, long and narrow, and suits a vertical size placed alone on a narrow wall. A landscape poster, on the other hand, captures a specific place, Atacama or Patagonia, and lends itself more to a horizontal format above a low piece of furniture. For a hallway or a staircase, the map structures the space in height. For a living room or a bedroom, a wide landscape tells the journey better.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, not on canvas or metal.
- With frame: black, white, oak or walnut, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
