Stuttgart poster with or without a frame?
A poster on its own suits a wall that already carries other decorative elements. Framed, it stands on its own and protects the paper over time. For a vertical size such as 30x40 or 50x70, a thin frame in light or black wood highlights the city's silhouette without distracting the eye. For a large size such as 70x100, going without a frame keeps a more direct, more graphic read.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, not on canvas or metal.
- With frame: black, white, oak or walnut, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
