Frequently asked questions

What resolution should my photo be?

Aim for at least 1500 pixels on the longest side for a 30×40, and 2500 pixels for a 50×70 or 70×100. Below that the print may look soft. The preview shows the real result before you order.

Which size for which wall?

The 30×40 sits on a shelf or in a gallery wall; the 50×70 fills a space above a sofa or bed; the 70×100 becomes the centrepiece of a hallway or living room. The “Size guide” button lists the exact dimensions.

What paper do you print on?

270 gsm semi-matte photo paper, pigment ink. A genuinely thick paper, far from a thin poster.

How long is delivery?

Printed and shipped within 48 working hours from our workshop in Fayence, then 2 to 4 days in transit. Free shipping over €50.

Can I return a personalised poster?

No. It is made to order from your file, so it cannot be returned or refunded once ordered. Before checkout you can change the photo or size as often as you like.

A few last things before you order

Will the print match the preview?

The preview faithfully shows the artwork and crop of your print. Our pigment ink does not fade, and the semi-matte finish limits reflections: close to what you see on screen.

What paper do you use?

A 270 gsm inkjet photo paper with a semi-matte finish, made for large-format prints and enlargements.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your poster ships within 48 hours from our workshop in Fayence, in protective packaging. The estimated delivery date appears under the add-to-cart button when you order.

Can I return the poster if I don’t like it?

No, and that is the trade-off of made-to-order: your poster is printed from your own file and exists in a single copy. That is why you can change everything as many times as you like before paying, framing included. A damaged or badly printed copy is reprinted at our expense.

Which size should I choose?
