What resolution should my photo be?
Aim for at least 1500 pixels on the longest side for a 30×40, and 2500 pixels for a 50×70 or 70×100. Below that the print may look soft. The preview shows the real result before you order.
Which size for which wall?
The 30×40 sits on a shelf or in a gallery wall; the 50×70 fills a space above a sofa or bed; the 70×100 becomes the centrepiece of a hallway or living room. The “Size guide” button lists the exact dimensions.
What paper do you print on?
220 gsm art paper with an anti-glare satin finish, pigment inks, M1 certified (rated fire-resistant). A genuinely thick paper, far from a thin poster.
How long is delivery?
Printed and shipped within 24 working hours from our workshop near Grasse, then 2 to 4 days in transit. Free shipping over €50.
Can I return a personalised poster?
No. It is made to order from your file, so it cannot be returned or refunded once ordered. Before checkout you can change the photo or size as often as you like.

The preview faithfully shows the artwork and crop of your print. Our pigment inks do not fade, and the anti-glare satin finish limits reflections : close to what you see on screen.

What paper do you use?

Coated 220 gsm paper (250 µm), anti-glare satin finish, CIE whiteness 137. M1 certified (fire-resistant) : suitable for public spaces.

How soon will I receive my order?
