1. Acceptance of the terms

By browsing or using affichely.com, the user acknowledges having read these terms and undertakes to comply with them.

The purchase of products on the website is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Shipping Policy and the Return Policy available on the website.

2. Access to the website

SAS ARTEMIS endeavours to ensure access to the website under normal conditions.

Access to the website may, however, be temporarily suspended for reasons of maintenance, updates, security, technical failure or in the event of force majeure.

SAS ARTEMIS does not guarantee that the website will be accessible without interruption or free from any technical error.

• that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• that the content is not illegal, insulting, hateful, defamatory, violent or discriminatory;
• that the content does not infringe the privacy, image rights or intellectual property of any third party.

The customer remains solely responsible for the content they submit.

SAS ARTEMIS may refuse or cancel an order containing any item that is manifestly unlawful, infringes the rights of a third party or is contrary to public policy.

5. Technical authorisation to use

The customer authorises SAS ARTEMIS to use, reproduce, crop and technically adapt the content submitted solely to the extent necessary for the preparation, manufacture, inspection and delivery of the order.

This authorisation does not transfer any ownership rights in the customer's content to SAS ARTEMIS.

Personalised creations will not be used for advertising purposes without the customer's agreement where they include personal data or content belonging to the customer.

6. File quality and colour rendering

The customer is responsible for the quality of the files, images and information submitted.

A low-resolution, blurred, heavily compressed or poorly framed image may result in reduced print quality.

The colours displayed on screen may differ slightly from the printed product, in particular because of:

• screen settings;
• brightness;
• the colour profile of the file;
• the printing medium;
• the technical constraints of the printing process.

These slight differences do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity.

7. Intellectual property of the website

The structure of the website, the texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, designs, visual elements, logos and other content published by SAS ARTEMIS are protected by intellectual property rules.

Unless prior written authorisation is obtained, any reproduction, distribution, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

8. Third-party links and services

The website may use or contain services provided by third parties, in particular Shopify, payment providers, carriers or additional applications.

The use of these services may be subject to the specific terms of their providers.
