Dogs as seen by our artists: silhouettes, knowing looks, leaps and graphic lines. Each poster is a personal reading of the animal, hand-printed on 270 gsm photo paper with a semi-matte finish in our workshop in Fayence.
Choosing your dog poster
Which dog poster should you choose?
The dog comes in several clearly distinct registers, and each answers a different search:
- Personalised breed portrait: dachshund, corgi, dobermann, beagle or golden retriever, in the line or the colour of your choice.
- Personalised dog poster: the name, the silhouette or the features of your own companion.
- Dog signage: beware of the dog poster, no dogs allowed, or a sign to print for a gate.
- No dog fouling poster: a humorous or strict reminder for the neighbourhood and shared spaces.
- Cat register in echo: personalised cat poster, humorous cat or stylised cat prints, for households with both companions.
- Dog bar poster: a cafe, guinguette or convivial-place mood built around the dog.

Where should you hang a dog poster?
- Entrance or gate: a beware-of-the-dog or no-dogs poster, legible from outside.
- Living room: the breed portrait in a large size, above the sofa or the sideboard.
- Bedroom: the personalised poster of your dog, in a more intimate size.
- Kitchen or utility room: the fouling reminder, near the door to the garden.
- Office or building entrance: dog signage, a practical and direct size.
Tip: a breed portrait stands up to a group hanging; a personalised poster stays truer on its own.
Personalised poster or breed portrait?
- The breed portrait captures the traits common to the breed: dachshund, corgi, dobermann, beagle, golden retriever.
- The personalised poster starts from your own dog: its silhouette, its name, the colour of its coat.
- The first suits a general gift, the second is worth something only to you.
- For signage, a 21x30 is enough on a gate, a 30x40 reads better on a solid door.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.
- With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
