Which Menton poster should you choose?
Menton can be read through three distinct moods. Architecture first, with its ochre and saffron facades along the sloping lanes and its bell tower overlooking the rooftops. The coast next, with the seafront and the light unique to this sheltered bay. Nature last, with the lemon tree and its gardens, best treated in a botanical rather than festive register. Where to hang a Menton poster?
The room guides the choice.
In a living room:

Tip: reserve the large 70x100 format or the 100x140 polyptych for a wall visible from several rooms.
Old town, sea or lemon tree?
Should you favour the colourful architecture of the old town or the openness of the sea? The former brings character and a warm palette, the latter a brighter, more soothing breath of air. Between the two, the lemon tree offers a third path, more understated, evoking Menton without saturating the wall with colour. Format matters too: a tightly framed architectural motif suits an intimate room, while a coastal view flourishes in large format.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.
- With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
