Choosing your collage poster

Which collage poster should you choose?

Collage brings several images together in a single composition, and the approach varies with the effect you are after:

  • Multi-photo poster: several shots assembled on a single print, arranged in a grid.
  • Photo patchwork poster: mixed formats and framings, a memory-wall spirit.
  • Street art collage poster in the style of Villeglé: layered torn posters, texture and tears.
  • Vintage collage: newspaper clippings, tickets, stamps, a scrapbook spirit.
  • Custom multi-photo collage poster: your own images assembled on a single print.
  • Pop art collage poster: a juxtaposition of graphic visuals and bold colours.

The filters on the left narrow things down by dominant colour, by style and by mood.

Where should you hang a collage poster?

  • Bedroom: a poster with several travel or family photos, above the headboard.

Collage poster as a single print or as a polyptych?

A single print brings all the photos together in a fixed composition, thought out in advance: it is the simplest choice, ready to hang. The polyptych spreads the composition across several separate frames, arranged side by side on the wall: it leaves more freedom in the final arrangement and suits a wider wall. Our collage posters are printed on 270 gsm semi-matte photo paper, in sizes 21x30, 30x40, 50x70, 70x100, and as a 100x140 polyptych for larger compositions.

Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?

All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, not on canvas or metal.

  • With frame: black, white, oak or walnut, assembled and ready to hang.
  • Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
