Palermo poster with or without a frame?
A poster without a frame goes up quickly and suits a wall that already holds several pieces. A frame protects the paper and gives more presence to a single size, especially for a piece of architecture or a city view that deserves to stand alone on the wall. For an entrance or a hallway, several unframed posters, aligned in the same size, create a cohesive set.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.
- With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
