Rome - Stone Vestal

A woman in a stone-coloured draped gown stands on a travertine terrace, one hand resting on a low wall. The Ionic volutes of her bodice echo the capitals of the columns framing her, and behind her Rome opens out: the arches of the Colosseum, a dome, a white sky. The print, warm grey and heavily desaturated, holds architecture and silhouette in the same material.
