Posters chocolate

Chocolate squares, cocoa, a steaming cup or a pastry offer warm material for decoration. A chocolate poster can evoke a gourmet kitchen, an old advertisement or a restrained still life. Its browns, creams and colourful accents pair easily with wood and light walls.

This collection has just opened. We are adding our first posters.

A chocolate poster for a warm kitchen

Which chocolate image should you choose?

Chocolate lets you explore food-inspired decor without being limited to a dessert photograph. Pods, beans and utensils tell another part of its story. Choose a composition according to the approach you enjoy: descriptive drawing, a kitchen scene or graphics inspired by old advertisements.

  • Vintage chocolate poster: an old-advertising mood, with a retro palette and composition.
  • Cocoa poster: pods, beans and foliage connecting food with botanical drawing.
  • Hot chocolate print: a cup, steam and accessories gathered in a convivial scene.
  • Chocolate pastry poster: an appetising image that plays with textures and contrasts.

The filters let you search for a dominant colour or a specific orientation.

Where should you hang chocolate wall art?

In the kitchen, a stretch of wall away from splashes easily accommodates a small poster. Above a sideboard, a wider still life can complement the dining room. A coffee corner is another coherent setting, without needing to turn the entire room into a themed space.

Tip: pair the browns in the image with a lighter shade in the frame or on the wall to avoid an overly dark arrangement.

Retro illustration or contemporary still life?

A vintage poster draws attention to its graphics and atmosphere. A still life gives more space to depicted materials: a shiny surface, cocoa powder or porcelain. You might prefer this second approach for a restrained interior. The appetising spirit then comes from the subject itself, without needing a slogan or brand, and remains easy to combine with other kitchen images.

Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?

All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.

  • With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
  • Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
