Choosing your Rouen poster

Rouen poster in large format or as a polyptych?
A wide view of the city, such as the quays of the Seine or the panorama from the heights, lends itself well to the 100x140 polyptych, which spreads the composition across several frames. A single monument, such as the Gros-Horloge or the cathedral, keeps its strength in a single 50x70 or 70x100 frame. For a wall that is already busy, the simple 21x30 or 30x40 format fits more easily alongside other pieces.
Poster, print or picture: what is the difference?
All three words mean the same thing here: a printed image that you hang on the wall. We say poster because we print on photo paper, never on canvas. The same image is also available on a metal plate, in several sizes.
- With frame: black, white or light oak, assembled and ready to hang.
- Without frame: the sheet alone, to slide into the frame you already have.
